about

Street Legal Revisited is a New Hat Records album by Dave Tilton.

Released in 2018, it was Dave's idea to deconstruct (or reconstruct, we're still not really sure) Bob Dylan's 1978 album Street-Legal and put it into a format similar to Dylan's Blood on the Tracks: all acoustic versions, a different sequencing of the songs, and all of the music recorded at night for that "awake and staring at the ceiling at 3:00 a.m." feel.

We hope you enjoy it. Bob continues to use the royalty payments to gas up his car now and then. Every little bit helps.
